Was driving when this was observed. Called out to passengers when I first saw it. Passenger in front seat then also saw the tail end of it after turning back around in her seat as she was conversing with passenger in back seat. Remained bright blue-and bright green throughout siting, creating a long tail until it disappeared from our view.
